  Run from this ED setting. Terrible ratios. No team work. Violence and security was barely available but colleagues wouldn’t lift a finger to help you either. Worked nights and saw manager one time in because she never bothered to huddle or check in on any staff from shift. All new grads quit because of no support: education limited to onboarding and that was it. Unsafe medication practices. Admins on phones most shifts instead of working. MDs sat and let nursing staff run ragged. Power gradients which created an environment of fear. No working equipment basics like computers, one thermometer for entire department, ppe never stocked. I could go on and on.
