Scrubstr Terms of Service and User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Scrubstr mobile application or website (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and User Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use the Service.

Scrubstr, LLC (“Scrubstr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Scrubstr. Only licensed or active healthcare professionals may post reviews or submit professional information. Users who browse hospital information without posting are not required to verify professional status.

By using the Service, you represent that:

• - You are 18 years of age or older;
• - You are a healthcare professional if you post or contribute content; and
• - You have the authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Description of Service

Scrubstr provides a platform where healthcare professionals can:

• - View information on U.S. hospitals, including name, address, website, and other basic data;
• - Read and post anonymous reviews of healthcare facilities; and
• - Contribute additional crowd-sourced data such as charting software and scrub color information.

All content on Scrubstr is for informational purposes only. Scrubstr does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any user-generated or crowd-sourced information.

4. User Accounts

To post reviews or submit information, users must create an account and provide a valid email address. Your email will be used for authentication and account-related communication only.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to immediately notify Scrubstr of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User-Generated Content

Users may submit reviews, comments, or data about hospitals (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your content, but grant Scrubstr a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, store, and use your content for the operation of the Service.

All reviews are anonymous to the public. Scrubstr may retain metadata for moderation or technical purposes but does not disclose identifiable information to hospitals, employers, or third parties.

You agree not to post content that:

• - Contains defamatory, harassing, or threatening language;
• - Reveals personal identifying information about others;
• - Includes false, misleading, or malicious claims;
• - Violates any law, regulation, or professional standard.

Scrubstr reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove any content deemed unnecessarily inflammatory, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

6. No Hospital or Employer Involvement

Hospitals and healthcare organizations cannot currently claim or respond to reviews. All content represents individual user opinions only. Scrubstr provides an independent platform and does not mediate disputes between users and reviewed institutions.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Scrubstr makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on the Service. All content is provided “as is.”

Scrubstr does not endorse any hospital, healthcare system, or agency appearing on the platform. The presence or rating of an organization on Scrubstr does not constitute a recommendation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scrubstr, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, goodwill, or profits.

8. Privacy

Scrubstr collects and stores only essential information, including email addresses for authentication and user-submitted content. We do not use third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available separately).

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and functionality of the Service—excluding user-generated content—are the property of Scrubstr, LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Scrubstr’s materials without express written permission.

10. Termination

Scrubstr reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its discretion if a user violates these Terms or engages in conduct harmful to the platform or its community. Users may delete their accounts at any time.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease.

11. Future Services and Fees

Scrubstr may, in the future, offer paid or premium features (e.g., verified hospital pages, data insights, or advertising). Such services will be governed by separate terms and pricing, which will be communicated before activation.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Payne County, Oklahoma.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Scrubstr, LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
