    Orientation process was okay. Modules were appropriate. On floor orientation was not appropriate. New staff nurses were orienting new hires. Staffing ratios were unsafe. Resident physicians were poorly managed, unsafe, and did not practice using EBP, and performed procedures on patients despite refusal, patients were coerced into procedures they didn’t want.
