  I have only used TNAA for my contracts and I have been with them for 1 year. Really love my recruiter Cydney Salisbury, she is so present and really does everything she can to advocate for her nurses. The curated team that does my onboarding and stuff is also easily reached if they are any questions. I have done both local assignments and travel assignments with this agency. Their insurance is 10/10, I'm covered for basically everything. They use Cigna. Also, fertility options are available if you need that as well, another reason I have stayed with my company. All I have paid is the deductable for treatment. Meds are paid for. Can't get that with a staff job!

  TNAA has always gone above and beyond for me and have treated me like family. They have had my back from day one and I am over the moon for this company. Kathleen Feeney, my recruiter is a part of my family now. She cares more for me than just a money maker to the organization. It's personal for her too. I love TNAA!

  Recruiter was very helpful with all my first time questions and concerns. Information to compare contracts was organized well and clear. The person in charge of making sure all my requirements were up to date was nothing short of a saint, she really worked hard on a crunched time schedule and I was so appreciative. No changes or surprises, everything was real smooth! Will work with them again :)

  I feel like they are really transparent. Sick time benefits are great, 40 hours per year. I’ve never been cancelled while working with them. Pay may not be as competitive as some, but I feel like the team I have backing me makes up for it.

  They were awful. It was my first travel contract and the recruiter took advantage of me. I got to the hospital. Same start date, same end date, same floor and I was making more than $3k less that contract than all the other travel nurses that started in the same orientation class. DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY. They claimed the didn't know what happened, would not give me my money back and had the audacity to tell me that if I extended then they would pay me the right amount. I told them heck no and I will never work for them again. STAY CLEAR OF THEM!
