My recruiter was changed without my knowing until finally the recruiter that replaced her reached out to me weeks later. I never could get a hold of my new recruiter. Her name is Kristen by the way. She was awful and would never try to negotiate rate changes for me and was constantly not available. I will never use Cross Country again. Their rates are also much lower than other agencies at the same hospitals.

Juliana Snow is honestly the best recruiter! Always checking on me making sure everything is smooth and I feel safe . She is always looking out for what’s best for me. Resolved any concerns or questions I had at anytime .
My recruiter is the only reason I have stayed loyal to cross country. there are several things I love about this agency, but she has gone above and beyond for me multiple times. Any time she doesn’t know anything she’ll find out for me and get back in a reasonable timeframe. I’ve had other recruiters who ghost me, give me the runaround, are completely rude, and unhelpful. She is an absolute angel, and is willing to find out anything I need for me. And I know that that’s their job. But when you’ve encountered multiple recruiter to act like they don’t care, it makes a difference. Especially when you’re the main provider for your family and have a job that comes with no guarantees.
Amazing and supportive recruiter who was always 1 call away. And my onboarding team always makes it quick, seamless and painless for every contract.
As my first traveling assignment, I actually didn't NEED my recruiter a ton. I didn't have just a ton of questions as my friend was already with them and could answer questions. However, my agent was MIA almost immediately after I signed. I was sent to her "assistant" multiple times, who actually changed assistants multiple times. The onboarding paperwork got lost AT LEAST 4 times. I had to reapply or redo paperwork and tests that had already been done. They lost my lab paperwork the first time I went and when I refused to do it again, they miraculously found it. Just a lot of miscommunication and un-organization on their part. I resigned with them a few times, but only because I wanted to work at that hospital and they only contracted through CC.
