    PICU was small (6-bed) and my contract was a time of low census anyway. This unit also served as a outpatient Pre-op/Pacu for children needing MRI or LP under sedation. They ensured I felt competent and safe doing so. I floated a lot to NICU and Peds and had positive experiences at both!
