  I would not work here again, this hospital is the literal trenches. They had a ICU APRN divert medications, sexually assault multiple patients and overdose at the hospital prior to my arrival. Because of that incident, this hospital has been under a microscope by many government agencies such as the DEA, FBI, state of Iowa, etc. They are not flexible with scheduling and like to deny RTO. The facility uses meditech for charting and has very old equipment still in use. 0/10 would not recommend

  This place is a mess, to put it lightly. The providers are dangerous, and practice below standard emergency medicine care. The lack of resources is evident, every single day. The entire staff of nurses is travelers and you could not pay me enough to work there again
