    In-house charting system, very similar to meditech

    Home grown charting system- absolutely terrible. A lot of double documentation. Physicians were super friendly. Nurses not so much. Big egos. Not all of course, but some were pretty awful to work with.

    Charting system was terrible. Lots of double documentation/easy to miss new orders. Doctors were friendly, nurses not so much. This was in the MICU. They offered me a staff job but I had to turn it down bc the nursing culture felt super toxic.
