  Management team was wonderful. Unfortunately, they are leaving and a new manager is on boarding, so this could change. Schedule is flexible- you put into Kronos what you would like for your schedule, then once all are submitted, they may tweak it and make changes but usually get the majority of what you ask for. Ratios are typically 1:5-6 on days. 1:6, sometimes 7 on nights. Small hospital, only one med/surg unit along with an IMC. They have an overflow unit that is in the process of being upgraded to a regular second unit d/t patient volume.
