This was the first agency I ever worked with. I ventured off to different agencies here and there but also came back to Triage. The only thing I dislike about the agency is their website is not very user friendly when searching for a new contract. I like that they use kamana that stores all of your information in one place that is accessible to you at all times. My recruiter was always available no matter the time.

I’ve been with this agency for a year at the same hospital. It was my first travel job and I needed a recruiter to basically hold my hand which they did. However, now a year later my recruiter barely answers my questions, doesn’t submit me immediately when asked. And pretty much every other agency nurse makes more than me. I’ve already signed with a new agency. I would have stuck with them if they had more competitive pay/sick time maybe

I was always paid on time and they even remind you if you forget to turn in your timesheets. My recruiter was friendly, but never checked on me; not once. Sometimes it would take my recruiter a day or more to get back to me, even on a weekday. This company’s rates are some of the lowest in the business. Overall, if their rates were competitive I would use them again. No bait & switch and no rate cut.

Fist time traveler friendly. My recruiter is kind, supportive and easily available during work week via text or email. Checks in often. Excited to see how competitive rates are for my next contract- for my current contract I found out my coworker was making SIGNIFICANTLY more than me. Like $20-30 an hour... No other issues so far!

I have worked with the company since I started traveling over 2 years ago. My recruiter is great and always works hard for me to get the contract I want at a relatively competitive rate (or close to what I want). The biggest downfall is onboarding can be brutal and the compliance staff are hit and miss on whether or not the are actually helpful or more of a hinderance. Kamana is a great touch as everything needed is in one area and is easy to update. It is getting harder as the contracts with Triage are starting to flag in competitive pay compared to others I am seeing.

I’m a ride or die with Jack Douglas and triage. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They’re smaller, so not going to have the highest rates or most locations available but it’s been worth it to stick with them. I genuinely believe Jack gives a crap about me. I don’t feel like a number or he’s trying to scam me. I feel like he’s a friend that’s got my back. I’ve had a few rough assignments and triage always stood by me. 10/10 Jack is amazing. I’m a mouthy old er nurse and he just rolls with the punches with me. I stay loyal to him bc he’s always had my back. Triage is one of the companies I feel still works for the nurses, not caters to the organization. Which is a huge reason I continue to travel.
